How Christian Ladies Cleaning Services handles the information you send through this website. Last updated September 2026.
What we collect
When you fill in the free estimate form we collect the name, phone number, email address and address you type in, and whether you tick the boxes agreeing to receive text messages from us. If you use the chat box, we receive the messages you send and any contact details you give in it.
We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this website.
Why we collect it
To answer your request: to call or email you back and to put together your estimate. That is the only reason any of it is asked for. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers. We only send you marketing or promotional text messages if you tick the box that says you agree to them, and you can reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Where it goes
The estimate form and the chat box are provided by LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), the customer system we use. What you send through either one goes straight to our account there, and LeadConnector may set its own cookies to make the form and chat work.
The website itself is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, as any web host does. Pages that show a map load it from Google Maps.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests are kept while they are useful for serving you, and for a reasonable time afterwards. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The estimate form and chat box come from LeadConnector (see above) and may use cookies of their own. If we add analytics or advertising tags in future, this section will say so before they go live.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will deal with it.
