Getting a rental ready
A rental is only ready when it's clean. We help owners and property managers prepare homes for their next tenants or guests, so the people walking in find a place they're glad to have picked. Rental cleaning is offered on availability.
Owners and managers usually want the same two things from a cleaning company: people they can trust with access to the property, and a home that's ready on the day it needs to be.
Between tenants
A home between tenants is usually empty, which makes our move-out checklist a natural starting point: the inside and outside of the kitchen cabinets and appliances, bathroom cabinets, wet-wiped baseboards, blinds, doors and trim, light fixtures, glass doors, the inside of the windows, and floors vacuumed and mopped. We agree the list with you before we book. Because it's settled in advance, you know what's been done before you hand over the keys.
Before guests arrive
A home that's furnished for guests needs something closer to our general clean: kitchen and bathrooms, dusting, floors and trash, and the beds made. We change the sheets when fresh ones are left out for us. Laundry isn't a service we offer, so clean linens need to be at the property. Tell us which rooms guests use most, and we'll agree what gets covered.
Working with owners and managers
When you ask for an estimate, it helps to tell us:
- The address, and roughly how big the home is
- Whether it's empty or furnished
- The date it needs to be ready
- How the team will get in
- Anything the last occupants left that we should know about
Every member of our team is fully vetted, including a thorough background check, and we're licensed, bonded and insured, which matters when nobody is at the property to let us in.
What isn't included
We don't offer junk removal, carpet cleaning, laundry, pressure washing, window cleaning or pest control. Furniture or trash left behind by a tenant needs to be cleared before we arrive. If the property has just been renovated between tenants, post-construction cleaning is the place to start.
If a home needs other trades, like carpet cleaning or pest control, try to book them before we arrive, so the clean is the last job before the next occupants move in.
Offered on availability
Rental cleaning is fitted in around our regular schedule, so we can't promise every date. The sooner you tell us when a home needs to be ready, the better the chance we can fit it in. Spring and fall are our busiest seasons, so the more notice you give us then, the better; January and February are our quietest months. The estimate is free.
