Post-construction cleaning deals with what the work left behind, so the space is ready to live or work in. Fine dust settles on every flat surface, from window sills and baseboards to cabinet tops and floors, and it keeps reappearing until it's properly cleaned up.
We look at the scope first
Every project is different: one kitchen remodel, a whole house, an office build-out. So we don't accept a post-construction clean without reviewing the scope with you first, and take the job on when it's a good fit and our schedule has room for it. Tell us what was done, how big the space is and when the work will be finished, and we'll let you know whether it's a job we can take on. Every member of our team is fully vetted, including a thorough background check, and we're licensed, bonded and insured.
What the clean covers
The clean is aimed at dust and residue. We agree the details with you before we start, drawing on the same work we do every day: dusting and wiping surfaces, sills, baseboards and cabinets, cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, and vacuuming and mopping the floors. Because every project is different, the details are settled before the job is accepted, so you know what's covered and what isn't.
When to book
Book the clean for after the trades have finished. Dust keeps settling while work is going on, so cleaning while painters or flooring crews are still in the space only means doing it twice. If there's a punch list still to finish, tell us when you ask for an estimate. It's also easiest before the furniture goes back in, since empty rooms are simpler to clean thoroughly. If the work happens in stages, tell us, and we'll talk about whether one clean at the end makes more sense than several along the way.

What isn't included
We don't offer junk removal, so building debris, leftover materials and dumpsters need to be cleared before we arrive. Pressure washing, carpet cleaning and window cleaning aren't services we offer either. Once the house is settled, a deep clean or a regular maintenance clean can take it from there.
